Fabric-Reinforced Hoses

Profile Hoses (Plastic/Steel Spiral Reinforced)
Profile hoses consist of one or more extruded plastic profiles with an integrated spiral made of plastic or steel wire. This spiral can be embedded directly during extrusion or added later during hose production. The inside of the hoses is particularly smooth, which enables good flow properties. Despite their low weight, profile hoses are very rigid in the axial direction and extremely flexible at the same time. Depending on the manufacturing process, different designs are possible: either a single profile performs the load-bearing function, several profiles are joined to form a reinforced structure, or a spiral is embedded directly into the profile during co-extrusion. Film Hoses (Plastic/Steel Spiral Reinforced)
Film hoses are made from smooth, flexible plastic films that are stabilised using a spiral reinforcement coil. Corrugated Hoses
Corrugated hoses are particularly flexible hose solutions that combine high flexibility with good dimensional stability thanks to their characteristic corrugated outer structure.
